12/16/2016 - Holiday Closing Notice for Town Offices

NOTICE OF HOLIDAY CLOSINGS

Please make note of the following holiday closings:

The Monroe Town Hall Offices will be closed on Monday, December 26, 2016 and Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in observance of the Christmas Holiday and on Monday, January 2, 2017 in observance of New Year’s. 

The Monroe Highway Department will be closed on Monday, December 26, 2016 in observance of the Christmas Holiday and Monday, January 2, 2017 in observance of New Year’s Day.

Please note:  SPRING HILL ROAD will be open at their regular hours on December 24, 2016 and December 31, 2016.

REVISED:  GARDER ROAD LANDFILL WILL NOW BE OPEN on December 24, 2016 and December 31, 2016 at their regular hours. From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

Senior Center:

Closed Saturday, December 24 through Tuesday, December 27, 2016.  The Senior Center will reopen on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.

Closed Monday, January 2, 2017.

 

Edith Wheeler Memorial Library

Closed Saturday, December 24 through Tuesday, December 27, 2016.  The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library will reopen on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.

Saturday, December 31, 2016 the Edith Wheeler Memorial Library will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will be Closed Sunday, January 1 and Monday, January 2, 2017.

 

Christmas:  No change in trash or recycling pick-up schedule. 

New Year’s Day:  No change in trash or recycling pick-up schedule.
