INVITATION TO PROVIDE QUALIFICATIONS & PROPOSALS

Sealed ALS, BLS or combined ALS/BLS proposals are invited and will be received by the Town of Monroe Emergency Medical Services.  Proposals, which shall include requested qualifications, will be received until 1:00 p.m., on January 25, 2017, at the First Selectman’s Office, Monroe Town Hall, 7 Fan Hill Road, Monroe CT 06468 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and available for review.

Respondents must submit eight (8) copies of their proposal, in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the appropriate title “Emergency Medical Services Proposal”

The Request for Qualifications and Proposals Documents will be available at the First Selectman’s Office, Monroe Town Hall, 7 Fan Hill Road, Monroe CT 06468.  Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm.

Questions from prospective respondents will be received by the First Selectman’s Office, Monroe Town Hall, 7 Fan Hill Road, Monroe CT 06468 until 4:30 pm on January 10, 2017 questions received by this deadline will be answered by the Monroe Emergency Medical Services Commission, John Brenna, Chairman, to the extent possible, no later than January 17, 2017.   All registered prospective respondents will receive answers to all questions submitted.  The Town reserves the right to consolidate similar questions into a single response.

The Town of Monroe reserves the right to pursue or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part; to waive any informalities, and; to pursue any proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Monroe.
