- To calculate your current (fiscal year 2019-2020) tax bill, use your assessed property value as of the 2018 Grand List and use the current mill rate of 35.58.
- To calculate your projected (fiscal year 2020-2021) tax bill based upon the current proposed budget for next year, use your assessed property value as of the 2019 Grand List (i.e., your new assessment based upon last year's revaluation) and change the mill rate to the projected rate of 36.51 (note: this can still change during the budget approval process.)
